He was appointed to the Advisory Committee for Online Access & Security for the United States Federal Trade Commission. He was appointed by the White House to the Data Privacy & Integrity Advisory Committee for the Department of Homeland Security. Douglas Chubb is the Vice President and CISO at Lear. Doug is a proven leader with a technical skill set and background in IT for nearly 20 years. He has built and managed global IT systems for many industries, but his primary focus has been in the automotive manufacturing space. Doug graduated in 2008 from University of Pheonix with a BSBA.
